This does not work at ALL!!! I tried it for a while and had to send it back to the supplier. Going to the gym and doing preacher curls works a hell of a lot better than this junk. DO NOT BUY you are getting ripped off

Does exactly what its supposed to do, isolate the biceps. You really notice the difference in the last few reps. It doesn’t allow you to get sloppy so you can focus on just trying to get the weight up.
