I can’t say I’m terribly impressed. The phone lacks quality of design, both in hardware and software. The software is unintuitive and reminds me of something written in 1995. The hardware is uninspired and doesn’t confirm well to the hand and ear. Call quality is acceptable, but nothing spectacular. Nothing thrilling here; just another boring phone.

I tend to read the reviews with a grain of salt as some folks are never satisfied with anything they purchase. Should have taken their word on this one. This phone is a total piece of junk. Every minute the phone chimes because it’s trying to re-find the base station. The fix? Rearrange my office. Huh?, this phone is a tool, not the focal point of my business. This very poorly designed and thought out.

While it seemed to have the features we wanted, none of them worked cohesively with the others. The phone did not answer when you picked it up. If you made a call using the speakerphone to dial and then picked up the receiver to speak, you could: cut off the other person; be on the other line, etc. Pressing the talk button did not take you off speakerphone on the console. We sent it back.

This phone looks good – but that is where the positive feedback ends. The sound quality was horrible, the buttons would not function, the ringers were very unprofessional. This phone was quickly returned.

Feels light and cheap in the hand. I’m pretty sure that if I dropped it on a hard floor it would break.
Kept it for one day, was not impressed with the sound quality either.
Returned it the next day (which went smoothly).
