When I recieved this TV I couldn’t believe what It takes to hook it up to cable or satellite. You better have on hand 4 extra pieces of coxial wire, an AB switch, and a splitter. But that is only if you do not get EVERY channel your cable or dish offers, if you get EVERY channel then it is a one cord hook-up. I couldn’t believe it. What a mess.

TV works fine, but this one, made in Mexico, does not have the red touch of color which it is supposed to have, and that was very diappointing as that was one of the reasons we picked this particular set.

Picture wonderful..controls and programming easy to use. Think perhaps price was too high as red touch of color was supposed to be decorating asset and seems to be non exixtent..and I’m sure added to price.

The picture quality is excellent, except when you view the photos taken from camera, the picture size can not extend to the full size of the screen, this is one demerit of this TV. I don’t know if other brand LCD TV has the same problem, but not my Apple laptop computer. I hope SamSung should try to solve this problem !

TV box was crushed. I refused delivery due to visible condition of TV box. Notified
Electronic Express within 5 minutes. Electronic Express refused to act till the refused
TV was returned to them even though Fed Ex notified them of the return and refused delivery. Had I not stayed on Electronic Express daily as to the status of my order,
I would not have received another TV because my order had been changed to a refund
rather than a replacement due to shipping damage. I still had to wait several days
for the damaged TV to be received at Electronic Express before another TV was shipped
out from Electronic Express. Fed Ex notified Electronic Express within minutes of my
refusal to accept delivery Yet, Electronic Express refused to ship another TV till the
refused TV was at there warehouse. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with Electronic Express !
